Transportation Federal Credit Union Spreads Holiday Cheer Through Angel Tree Program

Alexandria, VA (December 4, 2024) – Transportation Federal Credit Union proudly participated in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program this holiday season, bringing joy to children and families in need. The initiative reflected the credit union’s committment to serving its community and making meaningful difference during the holidays.

Through the Angel Tree program, the credit union adopted 10 children and granted their holiday wishes with toys and clothing. Additionally, credit union employees volunteered their Wednesday morning to put together gift packages for children across the Alexandria area. The gift packages were for children ages 0-17 years old.

“At Transportation Federal Credit Union, we take pride in giving back to our community,” said MJ Neusaenger, President and CEO of Transportation FCU. “Participating in the Angel Tree program allowed us to join together as an organization to make a difference. The outpouring of genorosity we saw from other sponsors adopting children as well was truly inspiring.”
