Board Nominations
As a member of Transportation Federal Credit Union, you play a vital role in electing who will serve your interests on the Board of Directors.
2025/26 Board of Directors
If you are passionate about serving people and working with a dynamic and diverse group of leaders, apply now for this wonderful volunteer opportunity. Meetings are held once a month and Directors are asked to serve on one or more of the committees. You must be in good standing (over the last 12 months) and meet the minimum qualifications.
Any member in good standing not selected by the Nominating Committee or who missed the initial nomination deadline may run for election by petition. Petitions must be submitted by 5:00 pm EST on March 6th and signed by a minimum of one percent of the membership as of December 31, 2025 (or 157 members).

Our bylaws provide that an election will not be conducted, and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled. If you have any questions, please feel free to email the Nominating Committee at the email: Elections@TransFCU.org. Director positions are up for re-election every (3) years. If there are more nominees than positions open, there will be an election beginning in April. The results will be announced at the Annual Meeting in May 2026. Information for attending the annual meeting will be posted here in early May.
