Overview
The 2025 Transportation Federal Credit Union Board of Directors Election is open from now through May 14, 2025 at 11:59 pm EDT.
This year we have partnered with eBallot/VoteNet Solutions to facilitate our election. All qualifying members may cast a ballot by clicking on the above “Vote Here” button and using their Election Validation Code and Last Name when prompted. If you are currently enrolled in eStatements, this identifier was emailed to you. If you receive paper statements, a paper ballot was mailed to you. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If you are voting as a Trust account, please enter the word “Trust” in the last name field. The credit union can not accept ballots. Please return your paper ballot to the address listed on the mailer. Please note that you may only vote once.

All election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on May 21st at our headquarters.

There are currently four (4) positions available. The Nominating Committee has named the following five candidates to run for the next three-year Board of Director term. Listed in random order.

- Voting Period: April 14 – May 14, 2025 at 11:59pm
- Who Can Vote: any member 16+ in good a standing in good standing as of May 5, 2025 can vote. Joint owners may not vote.
- Hybrid Election: This year we will offer members two (2) ways to vote. If you receive paper statements a ballot will be mailed to you. If you receive eStatements, you will receive an email from eBallot/VoteNet Solutions to vote online.
- Please note any qualifying member can vote by mail or online at any time. You will just need your Election Validation Code. If you lose or forget your code, please contact eBallot/VoteNet Solutions at 866.984.3125 or help@eballot.com.

- Election Validation Code: all qualifying members will receive a unique Election Validation Code that is required for voting. The code will be pre-printed on all paper ballots and emailed to all eStatement qualified members. TFCU employees do not have access to this information. - Last Name Field: If your last name has a special character such as O’Malley, Johnson-Smith, Joey Mendez Jr., or James III, please enter in the information without characters. Spaces are allowed. Ex: Claire Johnson-Smith is entered as “JohnsonSmith”. Or, Brian James III is entered as “James III”.
- Trust Accounts: Trust accounts may vote by using their assigned Election Validation Code and by entering “TRUST” in place of their last name.
- How to return ballots: The credit union will not be accepting ballots or mailing ballots on behalf of members. Please to use the enclosed postage-paid envelope in your packet or mail the ballot to VoteNet Solutions Inc., Attn: eBallot: PO Box 8206 Vienna, VA 22183-9801. All ballots must be received by May 14, 2025.
- Forget Voting Code: If you lose or forget your Election Validation Code, please contact eBallot/VoteNet Solutions directly at 866.984.3125 or help@eballot.com. You will have to answer a series of questions before the code can be released.

- Future Elections: Transportation Federal Credit Union will be moving to a completely online voting system for future elections. To participate and cast your vote, please ensure that your email address on file is current.
