| January 31, 2026 | Deadline for receiving nomination requests from members. Must complete an application. |
| March 6, 2026 | Deadline for receiving petition (1% of membership as of December 31st or 157 members) if above deadline has passed or not selected in interview process. Must complete an application as well. |
| April 13- May 15, 2026 | Board online election voting period. |
| May 20, 2026 at noon | Annual Meeting located at 1600 Cameron St. Alexandria, VA 22314 |
