Linda Reaves
Linda is a retired Senior Financial Analyst with the US Department of Transportation Maritime Administration, where she administered the financial component of Title XI commercial ship financing transactions. She also served as a Senior Management Accountant for a Maryland CPA firm and a Senior Tax Advisor with a tax consulting firm. Ms. Reaves is a current TFCU Director. She has previously served over a total of twenty years as a TFCU Director. In this capacity, she participated in various functions including Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary. She was also a member of various committees including Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and Chairman of the Nominating Committee. Ms. Reaves, who has a degree in Business Administration and is a certified public accountant, is passionate about financial literacy and is looking forward to sharing her expertise and giving back to TFCU and its members.
Keith Washington
Keith is the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Deputy Assistant Secretary for Administration and leads business operations in the areas of HR, acquisition and grants, facilities, security and provides leadership and expertise for sound financial management of a $619 million working capital fund. Keith is a member of the senior executive service and has worked in OST, FAA, MARAD, and FRA. As the current TFCU Chairperson and former Treasurer, Mr. Washington helped lead TFCU during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic while ensuring member needs were met. During the government furloughs, his leadership ensured there were programs to support members. A lifelong public servant with a Master of Public Administration, he wants to continue to leverage his leadership skills to enhance TFCU operations.
Malcolm Andrews
Malcolm has been a TFCU member for over 29 years and has served on the Board of Directors since 2022. He avidly supports initiatives to improve the performance and enhance the growth of the organization. Specifically, he served as the co-chair of the Delinquency Committee for two and a half years, served on the Nominating Committee and now co-leads the Technology Committee. Additionally, he is actively involved in ALCO and attends ongoing board training certification courses. With over 30 years of experience, he currently serves as the Director of Facilities & Engineering Services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Malcolm’s previous experience includes multiple FAA executive positions and Naval Air Systems command positions. He holds a master’s degree in computer systems development and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Michael Falby
Michael currently serves as a member of the Transportation FCU Supervisory committee. He previously volunteered as a member of the Delinquency Committee. Serving on both committees has given Michael a great perspective into the key financial and operational components that have huge ramifications on the performance of the Credit Union. He actively participates and collaborates on committee working groups to foster better results for the TFCU community. Michael currently serves at the FAA as a core member of the executive team for the Office of Financial Management and brings 25 years of experience in finance, change management and systems. His previous experience at the Department of Education, he led several teams that supported and serviced a $100+ million financial community. Michael has been a Credit Union member for over two decades.
Kyle Gracey
Kyle has been serving on the TFCU Delinquency Committee since 2023. Prior to that, he served on the Supervisory Committee for two years as committee secretary. Kyle earned his Volunteer Expert Certification from America’s Credit Unions, the advocacy organization for credit unions. Kyle was a TFCU representative for 2 years at America’s Credit Union conferences. Kyle has been a TFCU member since 2006 and is excited at the opportunity to expand his service to TFCU. Kyle has extensive experience with financial management and organizational governance, serving on 13 Boards of Directors over 17 years. Kyle is a former DOT policy analyst and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Public Policy.
